Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any items. However, we understand that sizing can sometimes be a challenge, and we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size.

**Conditions for Exchange:**
1. **Eligibility**: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. **Time Frame**: You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
3. **Process**:
   - Contact our customer service team at info@verobianchi.com with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.
   - Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item.
   - Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship out the new size.

**Important Notes:**
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is not available, we will notify you and offer store credit instead.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item and receiving the exchanged size.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
